Examples of Estimated Area in a sentence

  • The contribution by Shenyang Trendy as set out above shall be adjusted, after the issue of the state-owned land use right certificate (國有土地使用權證) and the building ownership right certificate (房屋所有權證) of the New NWDS Property by the relevant governmental authority, in accordance with the increase or decrease (if any) of the Actual Area as compared with the Estimated Area at the rate of RMB20,000 per sq.m.

  • If the Actual Area of the Premises determined pursuant to Section 1.1 above is greater than the Estimated Area then Tenant shall provide a replacement Letter of Credit satisfying the foregoing requirements in the Stated Amount equal to the amount of the Security Deposit adjusted to reflect the actual Basic Rent for the Premises within ten (10) Business Days after Landlord delivers notice of the determination of the Actual Area.
