Estimated Area definition

Estimated Area means the estimated Net Internal Area of the Proposed Development being in total for all Unit Types together [insert the total figure from the Tenant’s bid] square feet made up of:

Examples of Estimated Area in a sentence

  • The contribution by Shenyang Trendy as set out above shall be adjusted, after the issue of the state-owned land use right certificate (國有土地使用權證) and the building ownership right certificate (房屋所有權證) of the New NWDS Property by the relevant governmental authority, in accordance with the increase or decrease (if any) of the Actual Area as compared with the Estimated Area at the rate of RMB20,000 per sq.m.

  • If the rentable square footage of the applicable Third Additional Space, Woodland I First Takedown Space, Woodland I Second Takedown Space, and Woodland I Third Takedown Space, as measured by said independent architect, is one thousand (1,000) feet or more smaller than the Originally Estimated Area, then the costs of said independent architect shall be borne by Landlord, otherwise said costs shall be borne by Tenant.
