Essex WW Suppliers definition

Essex WW Suppliers means any supplier of goods or services to the Essex WW Business which were paid in the aggregate more than £ 75,000 during the twelve (12)-month period ended December 31, 2004 and any supplier of goods or services to the Essex WW Business to which Essex expects to pay in the aggregate more than £ 75,000 during the six (6)-month period that will end June 30, 2005.
