Escrowed Interest definition

Escrowed Interest means amounts irrevocably deposited in escrow in accordance with the requirements of Section 11-27-3, Utah Code, in connection with the issuance of refunding bonds or Cross-over Refunding Bonds secured by such amounts or earnings on such amounts which are required to be applied to pay interest on such Cross-over Refunding Bonds or the related Cross-over Refunded Bonds.
Escrowed Interest means amounts (but not including any interest earnings thereon, except as otherwise provided in the Loan Agreement) deposited in escrow in connection with the issuance of Long-Term Indebtedness and either held as cash or invested in noncallable Government Obligations to pay interest on such Long-Term Indebtedness (but shall not include capitalized or borrowed interest).
