  • Seller shall be responsible for all expenses associated with registering the ERR Powerhouse Resources with WREGIS, establishing and maintaining Seller’s WREGIS Account, paying WREGIS Certificate issuance and transfer fees, and transferring WREGIS Certificates from Seller’s WREGIS Account to Buyer’s WREGIS Account.

  • A “WREGIS Certificate Deficit” means any deficit or shortfall in WREGIS Certificates delivered to Buyer for a calendar month as compared to the Delivered Energy produced from the ERR Powerhouse Resources for the same calendar month (“Deficient Month”).

  • Seller shall, at its sole expense, take all actions and execute all documents or instruments necessary to ensure that all WREGIS Certificates associated with all Renewable Energy Credits corresponding to all Delivered Energy produced from the ERR Powerhouse Resources are issued and tracked for purposes of satisfying the requirements of the California Renewables Portfolio Standard and transferred in a timely manner to Buyer forBuyer’s sole benefit.

  • Prior to the Initial Energy Delivery Date, Seller shall register the ERR Powerhouse Resources with WREGIS and establish an account with WREGIS (“Seller’s WREGIS Account”), which Seller shall maintain 1until the end of the Delivery Term.

  • Seller, and, if applicable, its successors, represents and warrants that throughout the Delivery Term of this Agreement that: (i) the ERRPowerhouse Resources of the Project qualify and are certified by the CEC as Eligible Renewable Energy Resources (“ERRs”) as such term is defined in Public Utilities Code Section 399.12 or Section 399.16; and (ii) the output from the ERR Powerhouse Resources delivered to Buyer qualifies under the requirements of the California Renewables Portfolio Standard.

Related to ERR Powerhouse Resources

  • Public resources means water, fish, and wildlife and in addition means capital improvements of the state or its political subdivisions.

  • Water resources means all waters of the state occurring on the surface, in natural or artificial channels, lakes, reservoirs, or impoundments, and in subsurface aquifers, which are available, or which may be made available to agricultural, industrial, commercial, recreational, public, and domestic users;

  • Historic resource means a publicly or privately owned historic building, structure, site, object, feature, or open space located within an historic district designated by the national register of historic places, the state register of historic sites, or a local unit acting under the local historic districts act, 1970 PA 169, MCL 399.201 to 399.215, or that is individually listed on the state register of historic sites or national register of historic places, and includes all of the following:

  • Renewable energy resources means resources as defined

  • computer resource means computer, computer system, computer network, data, computer data base or software;

  • CAISO Global Resource ID means the number or name assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO-Approved Meter.

  • economic resources means assets of every kind, whether tangible or intangible, movable or immovable, which are not funds, but may be used to obtain funds, goods or services;

  • Resources shall have the meaning set forth in Section 23.1 of this Agreement.

  • Renewable energy resource means a resource that naturally replenishes over a human, not a geological, time frame and that is ultimately derived from solar power, water power, or wind power. Renewable energy resource does not include petroleum, nuclear, natural gas, or coal. A renewable energy resource comes from the sun or from thermal inertia of the earth and minimizes the output of toxic material in the conversion of the energy and includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.

  • renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;

  • Hydroelectric energy means water used as the sole source of energy to produce electricity.

  • Asset Management Plan means a plan created by the department and approved by the state transportation commission or a plan created by a local road agency and approved by the local road agency's governing body that includes provisions for asset inventory, performance goals, risk of failure analysis, anticipated revenues and expenses, performance outcomes, and coordination with other infrastructure owners.

  • Energy means electricity, natural gas, steam, hot or chilled water, fuel oil, or other product for use in a building, or renewable on-site electricity generation, for purposes of providing heating, cooling, lighting, water heating, or for powering or fueling other end-uses in the building and related facilities, as reflected in Utility bills or other documentation of actual Energy use.

  • cogeneration means the simultaneous generation in one process of thermal energy and electrical or mechanical energy;

  • Energy Storage Resource means a resource capable of receiving electric energy from the grid and storing it for later injection to the grid that participates in the PJM Energy, Capacity and/or Ancillary Services markets as a Market Participant. Facilities Study:

  • Critical Energy Infrastructure Information means all information, whether furnished before or after the mutual execution of this Agreement, whether oral, written or recorded/electronic, and regardless of the manner in which it is furnished, that is marked “CEII” or “Critical Energy Infrastructure Information” or which under all of the circumstances should be treated as such in accordance with the definition of CEII in 18 C.F.R. § 388.13(c)(1). The Receiving Party shall maintain all CEII in a secure place. The Receiving Party shall treat CEII received under this agreement in accordance with its own procedures for protecting CEII and shall not disclose CEII to anyone except its Authorized Representatives.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.
