ENGINE MANUFACTURERS definition

ENGINE MANUFACTURERS collectively means Rolls-Royce and P&W and each, an “Engine Manufacturer”.
ENGINE MANUFACTURERS means together CFM and IAE, each an " ENGINE MANUFACTURER" and their successors and permitted assigns.
ENGINE MANUFACTURERS. Consent” in Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such definition in its entirety and inserting the following in lieu thereof:
