End Customer Data definition

End Customer Data means End Customer’s electronic data other than Log Data.
End Customer Data means all data, including all text, sound, software, image or video files that are provided to Microsoft or its Affiliates by, or on behalf of, End Customer and its Affiliates through use of Online Services.
End Customer Data means all data relating to an End Customer or the business or operations of an End Customer and stored or processed by the Application Services;

  • End Customer acknowledges that End Customer is solely responsible for complying with, and covenants to comply with, all laws applicable to End Customer and to End Customer’s use of the Cloud Offerings, including without limitation all laws and regulations relating to the protection and non-disclosure of End Customer Data.

  • If the parties determine that the Integration Solution requires the provision by one party to the other of End Customer Data that comprises personal (or protected) health information (“PHI”) under applicable law, then the parties agree to enter into such legal agreements or directives to ensure compliance with privacy laws in the relevant jurisdiction governing the processing, use, disclosure and security of such PHI.

More Definitions of End Customer Data

End Customer Data means any information collected from End Customer and maintained in Autodesk Systems. 「エンドカスタマーデータ」とは、エンドカスタマーより収集されてオートデスクシステムに維持される情報を意味する。

End Customer Data means all information related specifically to an account, Credential and/or user that is obtained, generated or created by or on behalf of such End Customer in connection with account establishment, processing and maintenance activities, customer service, and Transaction data (transaction date, merchant name, amount, industry category, and industry code), which may include personal information. For avoidance of doubt, End Customer Data does not include any information or data End Customer receives from Google.
End Customer Data means any information or data, including OS Updates, in any form or medium, that is submitted, posted, or otherwise transmitted by or on behalf of a Customer or an End Customer through the Service.
End Customer Data means any data and other information made available by or for the End Customer, to Twilio, and/or Partner through the End Customer’s use of the Services under these Partner Terms.
