Employee business unit definition

Employee business unit means a group of employees who perform services to be contracted under this section and who submit a bid for the performance of those services under subsection (4) of this section.

  • Business Unit means the assets constituting the business or a division or operating unit thereof of any Person.

  • Eligible business means a business located within the counties of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry or Will in the State of Illinois (the “Six County Region”), and as to which: (1) a majority of the business' fleet is located and used within the Six County Region; and (2) a majority of those vehicles located and used within the Six County Region are alternatively powered vehicles.

  • Retained Business means any business now, previously or hereafter conducted by Seller or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates other than the Business.

  • Qualifying business means a business which establishes a qualifying project in this state and which is certified by the Department of Economic Opportunity to receive tax credits pursuant to this section.
