Empire Mall Mortgage Loan definition

Empire Mall Mortgage Loan. With respect to the Empire Mall Loan Combination, the Mortgage Loan included in the Trust, which is (i) secured by the Mortgaged Property identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Empire Mall, (ii) evidenced by promissory notes A-1 and A-4 and (iii) pari passu in right of payment with the Empire Mall Companion Loans to the extent set forth in the related Loan Documents and as provided in the Empire Mall Co-Lender Agreement.

Related to Empire Mall Mortgage Loan

  • Initial Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan conveyed to the Trust Fund on the Closing Date pursuant to this Agreement as identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule delivered to the Trustee on the Closing Date.

  • Original Mortgage Loan The mortgage loan refinanced in connection with the origination of a Refinancing Mortgage Loan.
