Emergency Operations Centre definition

Emergency Operations Centre. ("EOC") means the location that functions as a point of coordination, addressing the needs of the municipality or the VCREMA region as a whole, exercising the authority of the local officials, as well as anticipating and supporting the needs of one or more incident sites;
