Embedded Material definition

Embedded Material shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.04.

Examples of Embedded Material in a sentence

  • Supplier shall not, without Customer’s prior approval, install in any Customer System any Software that is not provided by Customer, other than Software which is a Supplier Embedded Material (subject to Section 5.2), Commissioned Material, or any Supplier Materials that are expressly identified in the applicable Schedule or an Approved Service Change thereunder.

  • Oncor hereby approves as Embedded Material any Components that Oncor requires Contractor to embed or incorporate in the Work Product pursuant to a Work Request or pursuant to the Oncor Policies and Standards.

  • Contractor shall not embed or incorporate any Contractor Resources or any third party’s property (such as a third party’s Intangible Materials or Components) (collectively, “Embedded Material”) in the Work Product except to the extent Contractor has obtained Oncor’s approval prior to Contractor embedding or incorporating Embedded Material in the Work Product.

Related to Embedded Material

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Recycled material means any material that would otherwise be a useless, unwanted or discarded material except for the fact that the material still has useful physical or chemical properties after serving a specific purpose and can, therefore, be reused or recycled.

  • Licensed Material means radioactive material received, possessed, used, transferred or disposed of under a general or specific license issued by the Agency.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.
