Electric Inclusion Amount definition

Electric Inclusion Amount. As defined in Section 6.1.
Electric Inclusion Amount means the amount equal to the product of (x) the number of rentable square feet in Additional Premises No. 6 (as determined in Paragraph 15(b) above) and (y) $2.25.

  • If Landlord exercises such right of termination, this Lease shall continue in full force and effect and shall be unaffected thereby, except only that, from and after the effective date of such discontinuance, Landlord shall not be obligated to furnish electric energy to Tenant and the Fixed Rent payable under this Lease shall be reduced by the Electric Inclusion Amount then in effect.

  • In addition, Landlord shall have the right to conduct a periodic survey of Tenant's actual electrical usage and increase the Electric Inclusion Amount if the survey indicates the Tenant's usage of electricity exceeds the cost of $1.75 per rentable square feet of the Demised Premises.

  • The Electric Inclusion Amount is based upon Landlord’s assumption that Tenant’s initial electrical installation will not result in a total connected electrical load for lighting, and equipment will not be in excess of six wxxxx per rentable square foot of the Premises and that Tenant will, except for the purpose of office cleaning, use electrical energy only during normal weekday operating hours of the Building.

  • Tenant shall pay the amount of any increase in the Electric Inclusion Amount retroactively from the date of the survey of Tenant's electricity usage and/or from the date when the increased charges to Landlord from the utility company became effective, as the case may be, such amount to be paid within 20 days upon billing therefor by Landlord.

  • The costs of such survey shall be borne solely by Tenant unless said survey does not result in an increase in the Electric Inclusion Amount.

  • However, the non- core/periphery group changes over the life of the euro as new countries are ushered into the currency union.

Related to Electric Inclusion Amount

  • Acquisition Amount means, for an Acquired Receivable for which the Acquisition Amount is to be included in Available Funds for a Payment Date, the excess of (i) the present value of the Principal Balance of the Receivable as of the last day of the Collection Period immediately preceding the related Collection Period (calculated using the Discount Rate on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months and assuming each amount is received at the end of the Collection Period in which the amount is scheduled to be received) over (ii) all cash collections and any other cash proceeds received by the Issuer on the related Receivable from (but excluding) the last day of the Collection Period immediately preceding the related Collection Period to the day on which such Receivable becomes an Acquired Receivable.

  • Reduction Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b)(viii).

  • Broken Amount means, in respect of any Interest Payment Date, the amount specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Excess Concentration Amount means, on any date of determination, the sum of, without duplication,

  • Total Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the aggregate of the Interest Remittance Amounts for such date; (ii) the aggregate of the Principal Remittance Amounts for such date; and (iii) all Prepayment Premiums collected during the related Prepayment Period.

  • Valuation Amount means, in respect of each Mortgaged Vessel, the value thereof as most recently determined under clause 8.2.2; and

  • Auction Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.

  • Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;

  • Cash Flow Distribution Amount As to any calendar month, the aggregate amount of principal distributable in respect of the Mortgage Securities in such calendar month.

  • Concentration Percentage means (i) for any Group A Obligor, 10.00%, (ii) for any Group B Obligor, 8.00%, (iii) for any Group C Obligor, 6.00% and (iv) for any Group D Obligor, 4.00%.

  • Quotation Amount means the amount in the Relevant Currency stated as the notional amount with respect to a particular Limit Bid, Limit Offer, Initial Market Bid, Initial Market Offer, Physical Settlement Buy Request or Physical Settlement Sell Request in a Participating Bidder's Initial Market Submission, a Physical Settlement Request or Limit Order Submission, as applicable, which amount in each case will be an integral multiple of an amount equal to the Quotation Amount Increment.

  • Extra Principal Distribution Amount As of any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the related Total Monthly Excess Spread for such Distribution Date and (y) the related Subordination Deficiency for such Distribution Date.

  • Valuation Percentage means, for any item of Eligible Collateral, the percentage specified in Paragraph 13.

  • Unadjusted Principal Distribution Amount As defined in the definition of “Principal Distribution Amount.”

  • Excess Cash Flow Percentage 50%; provided that the Excess Cash Flow Percentage shall be reduced to (a) 25% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 3.75 to 1.00 and (b) to 0% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 2.25 to 1.00.

  • Maximum Contribution Amount shall equal the excess of (i) the aggregate proceeds received by such Holder pursuant to the sale of such Registrable Notes or Exchange Notes over (ii) the aggregate amount of damages that such Holder has otherwise been required to pay by reason of such untrue or alleged untrue statement or omission or alleged omission. No person guilty of fraudulent misrepresentation (within the meaning of Section 11(f) of the Securities Act) shall be entitled to contribution from any Person who was not guilty of such fraudulent misrepresentation. The Holders’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are several in proportion to the respective principal amount of the Registrable Securities held by each Holder hereunder and not joint. The Company’s and Subsidiary Guarantors’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are joint and several. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Section 8 are in addition to any liability that the Indemnifying Parties may have to the Indemnified Parties.

  • Retention Amount means, in relation to any Retention Date, such sum as shall be the aggregate of:

  • Interest Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class A Certificates, any Mezzanine Certificates and any Class CE Certificates, the aggregate Accrued Certificate Interest on the Certificates of such Class for such Distribution Date.

  • Cash Contribution Amount means the aggregate amount of cash contributions made to the capital of the Issuer or any Guarantor described in the definition of “Contribution Indebtedness.”
