EHS&R means all applicable Laws concerning pollution or protection of the environment and/or protection of the health and safety of natural persons from exposures to toxic or hazardous substances, wastes or materials (including asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, crude petroleum and its fractions or derivatives thereof).
