Eective Date definition

Eective Date means the eective date set forth in the Sales Order or, if no Eective Date is specified, the earliest date of Partner’s signature either on the Order or this Partner Terms.
Eective Date. ’ means, with respect to any Floating Rate to be determined on an Interest Determination Date, the date speci¢ed as such hereon or, if none is so speci¢ed, the ¢rst day of the Interest Accrual Period to which such Interest Determination Date relates.
Eective Date means the eective date set forth in the Sales Order or, if no eective date is specified, the date of Customer signature on the Sales Order.
