Educational Event definition

Educational Event means an educational presentation completed in one session which will normally not exceed more than six (6) hours.
Educational Event means an organized event:
Educational Event means an event held by a cannabis production establishment or presented by a cannabis production establishment agent for the purpose of providing education about medical cannabis for the benefit of the public or medical providers.

Educational Event shall have the same meaning as such term is defined and described in the CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines.

  • Special Events means sports complex events, City of Philadelphia events, weather, and other events that have been or are identified as such by the RTMC.

  • Change in Control of the Company means the occurrence of any of the following events:

  • Regional integration organization means an organization constituted by sovereign States of a given region, to which its member States have transferred competence in respect of matters governed by this Convention. Such organizations shall declare, in their instruments of formal confirmation or accession, the extent of their competence with respect to matters governed by this Convention.
