EBT Bonus definition

EBT Bonus has the meaning set forth in Section 8.9.
EBT Bonus means (1) a commission-style bonus plan in which bonuses related to employment as an Oil/NGL Marketing Employee are based on a specified amount of EBT (i.e., earnings before taxes) as split between employees on a discretionary basis by the Employer, or (2) other annual discretionary bonus for Oil/NGL Marketing Employees; and

Examples of EBT Bonus in a sentence

  • The EBT Bonus will be paid within 60 days after the end of the applicable fiscal year.

  • If Executive’s Employment Period is terminated for Cause during the Company’s fiscal year, Executive’s EBT Bonus for such year shall be forfeited.

  • If Executive’s Employment Period is terminated other than for Cause during the Company’s fiscal year, the EBT Bonus payable to Executive for such year, if any, will be calculated pursuant to Section 0, treating the date Executive’s Employment Period terminated as the last day of the fiscal year, unless such termination occurs within the last quarter of the fiscal year, in which instance the EBT Bonus calculation shall be payable and calculated through the end of such fiscal year.

Related to EBT Bonus

  • Annual Bonus shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(b) hereof.

  • Cash Bonus means an award of a bonus payable in cash pursuant to Section 10 hereof.

  • Target Bonus means Executive’s annual (or annualized, as applicable) target bonus in effect immediately prior to Executive’s Qualifying Termination or, if Executive’s Qualifying Termination occurs during the Change in Control Period and the amount is greater, Executive’s annual (or annualized, if applicable) target bonus in effect immediately prior to the Change in Control.

  • Earned Bonus means the bonus paid, if any, pursuant to the Company’s incentive compensation plans in effect from time to time. Earned Bonus shall be prorated based on the ratio of the number of days during such year that Executive was employed to 365.

  • Target Bonus Amount means Executive’s target annual bonus amount in effect at the time of Executive’s Qualifying Termination (disregarding any decrease in such target annual bonus amount that constitutes a Good Reason event).
