  • The System, as improved by the construction of the East Bank Regional System, shall be a wastewater system comprising a treatment plant, gravity mains, force mains, pumping stations, drainage basin connections and all other such facilities necessary or associated therewith required for the purpose of carrying out the activities specified in this Agreement.

  • The Operator shall manage and coordinate the procurement process, including the installation of any furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) related to the construction of the East Bank Regional System.
