earned fees definition

earned fees means the amount of all fees paid for a vocational program that is proportional to the number of instruction hours that have taken place when a withdrawal or expulsion occurs; (“droits acquis”)
earned fees means the greater of the following amounts for a specific period of time (i) the sum of Earned Local Fees plus Earned Designated SC Page Fees, or (ii) the Guaranteed Fees; which amount CS shall be entitled to retain/receive.

Related to earned fees

  • Earned Bonus means the bonus paid, if any, pursuant to the Company’s incentive compensation plans in effect from time to time. Earned Bonus shall be prorated based on the ratio of the number of days during such year that Executive was employed to 365.

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum.
