Drilling Mortgage definition

Drilling Mortgage means that certain Mortgage with Power of Sale between Chesapeake Exploration, as Mortgagor, and the Trust, as Mortgagee, dated as of [•], 2011, securing Chesapeake’s and Chesapeake Exploration’s drilling obligation under the Development Agreement.
Drilling Mortgage means that certain Deed of Trust between XxxxXxxxx E&P, as Mortgagor, and the Trust, as Mortgagee, dated as of [ ], 2011, securing XxxxXxxxx’x and XxxxXxxxx E&P’s drilling obligation under the Development Agreement.
Drilling Mortgage means that certain Mortgage from XxxxXxxxx E&P, as Mortgagor, to the Trust, dated as of April 12, 2011, securing XxxxXxxxx’x drilling obligation under the Development Agreement.

  • XxxxXxxxx shall be solely responsible, and the Trustee and the Delaware Trustee shall have no responsibility, for the filing of the Conveyances, the Drilling Mortgage in the real property records of any jurisdiction in which the Underlying Properties are located.

  • Second Mortgage means a mortgage from which the proceeds of a loan or other extension of credit made by a third person are secured by a mortgage on the real property for which the mortgagor has used the proceeds of the loan or other extension of credit to pay all or part of the purchase price of the property.

  • Underlying Mortgaged Property With respect to each Co-op Loan, the underlying real property owned by the related residential cooperative housing corporation.

  • Blanket Mortgage The mortgage or mortgages encumbering a Cooperative Property.

  • Closing Date Mortgaged Property as defined in Section 3.1(i).

  • Leasehold interest means the interest of the lessor or the lessee under a lease contract.

  • Existing Mortgages means each of the mortgages, deeds of trust or other agreements made pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement by any Loan Party in favor of the Agent for the benefit of the Agent and the Lenders.

  • Fee Mortgage Any mortgage, pledge agreement, security agreement, assignment of leases and rents, fixture filing or similar document creating or evidencing a lien on Landlord’s interest in the Leased Property or any portion thereof (or an indirect interest therein, including without limitation, a lien on direct or indirect interests in Landlord) in accordance with the provisions of Article XXXI hereof.

  • Mortgage Assignment means an assignment of the Mortgage in recordable form, sufficient under the laws of the jurisdiction wherein the related Mortgaged Property is located to reflect the sale of the Mortgage.

  • Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan which Seller is selling to Buyer simultaneously with the origination thereof.

  • ARM Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan pursuant to which the interest rate shall be adjusted from time to time in accordance with the related Mortgage Note.

  • Leasehold Property means any leasehold interest of any Credit Party as lessee under any lease of real property, other than any such leasehold interest designated from time to time by Collateral Agent in its sole discretion as not being required to be included in the Collateral.

  • Second Mortgage Loan A Home Equity Loan which constitutes a second priority mortgage lien with respect to the related Property.

  • Assignment of Leases and Rents means each certain Assignment of Leases and Rents dated of even date herewith, by the Borrower in favor of the Agent on behalf of Lenders, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Refinancing Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan originated in connection with the refinancing of an existing mortgage loan.

  • ARD Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is identified as having an Anticipated Repayment Date and a Revised Rate on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Subsequent Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan sold by the Depositor to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, such Mortgage Loan being identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to a Subsequent Transfer Instrument.
