Donor Network Operator definition

Donor Network Operator or “DNO” means a mobile service provider from which a mobile number has been or is to be ported out;

As such, the definitions of “Donor Network”, “Donor Network Operator” and “DNO” in this Schedule 12 are no longer necessary.
