Donor Network Operator definition

Donor Network Operator or “DNO” means the Licensee from whose Network a Fixed Network Directory Number is ported (in this RIO Agreement being SingTel except in the case of a port- back);
Donor Network Operator or “DNO” means a mobile service provider from which a mobile number has been or is to be ported out;

  • You shall ensure that the usage of your existing service does not exceed the credit limit set by your Donor Network Operator.

  • You may experience service disruption when your existing mobile number during the porting in activity from the Donor Network Operator to Celcom’s network.

  • The mobile number that you request for porting (i) must be within the range of mobile numbers as approved by Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Communication (SKMM) from time to time, subject however to the existing geographic numbering requirements; and (ii) is subject to the approval of the Donor Network Operator.

  • You shall be solely responsible for all charges incurred by you, including but not limited to any and all outstanding payments and penalties charges due and imposed to you by the Donor Network Operator.

Related to Donor Network Operator

  • Network Operator means the network operator who operates the wireless network of networks to which the SIM Cards are connected.
