Domestic Site definition

Domestic Site means any Site designated by CBH for the provision of Domestic Outturning Services, which may include a Site Entitlement Site or an Integrated Site. "End Date" means 30 September of the Ending Calendar Year.

  • Significant Domestic Subsidiary means any Domestic Subsidiary that is a Significant Subsidiary.

  • Domestic Subsidiary means any Subsidiary that is organized under the Laws of the United States, any state thereof or the District of Columbia.
