Domestic relations financial mediator definition

Domestic relations financial mediator means a mediator for domestic relations financial matters in circuit court under ORS 107.755 who meets qualifications under UTCR 12.080.
Domestic relations financial mediator means a mediator for domestic relations financial matters in circuit court under ORS 107.755 who meets qualifications under Section 2.3 as required by ORS 107.755(4).
Domestic relations financial mediator means a mediator for domestic relations financial matters in circuit court under ORS 107.755 who meets qualifications under UTCR [12.570] 12.620 as required by ORS 177.755(4).

  • Domestic Relations Order means a domestic relations order as defined by the Code or Title I of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, or the rules thereunder.

  • Qualified CFC Holding Company means a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Issuer that is a Delaware limited liability company that is treated as a disregarded entity for U.S. federal income tax purposes, the primary asset of which consists of Equity Interests in either (i) one or more Foreign Subsidiaries or (ii) a Delaware limited liability company the primary asset of which consists of Equity Interests in one or more Foreign Subsidiaries.

  • Community or broad-based enterprise means an enterprise that has an empowerment shareholder who represents a broad base of members such as a local community or where the benefits support a target group, for example black women, people living with disabilities, the youth and workers. Shares are held via direct equity, non-profit organisations and trusts.

  • Qualified Medical Practitioner means any person legally authorized by the Government with jurisdiction in the geographical area of his or her practice to render medical or surgical service, but excluding a qualified medical practitioner who is the Insured Person or an Immediate Family Member of the Insured Person.

  • Non-Participating Certified Nurse Practitioner means a Certified Nurse Practitioner who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Qualified United States financial institution means an institution that:

  • Domestic Restricted Subsidiary means a Restricted Subsidiary incorporated or otherwise organized under the laws of the United States, any State thereof or the District of Columbia.

  • investor relations person means a person that is a registrant or that provides services that include investor relations activities;

  • Domestic Corporation means an entity that is treated as a corporation for United States federal income tax purposes and is a U.S. Tax Person.

  • Qualified nonprofit organization means, with respect to a Project, an organization exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c) (3) or (4) of the Internal Revenue Code, which is not and during the Compliance Period will not be affiliated with or controlled by a for-profit organization, whose exempt purposes include the fostering of low income housing, which owns an interest in the Project, which will materially participate in the development and operation of the Project throughout the Compliance Period, and which is not affiliated with or controlled by a for-profit organization.

  • Independent educational evaluation means an evaluation conducted by a qualified examiner who is not employed by the public agency responsible for the education of the child in question.

  • Participating Certified Nurse Practitioner means a Certified Nurse Practitioner who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
