Dollar Indenture definition

Dollar Indenture means the Indenture dated as of May 14, 1998 by and among the Borrower, Lyon and IBJ Schroder Bank and Trust Company, as Trustee governing the 10% Senior Notes due May 14, 2008 in original principal amount equal to US $100,000,000 issued by the Borrower and Lyon Investments B.V.
Dollar Indenture means the indenture, dated as of April 26, 2000, between the Company and HSBC Bank USA, as trustee, governing the Dollar Notes.
Dollar Indenture means the indenture, dated the date hereof, between the Company, the guarantors named therein and The Bank of New York, as trustee, governing the Dollar Notes.
