Divisional Merger definition

Divisional Merger means the divisional merger providing that CHS would be formed and that documented which the Debtor’s assets and liabilities were to remain with the Debtor and which were to be allocated to CHS, which became effective on May 5, 2022.
Divisional Merger means the divisional merger of EXCO Operating into EXCO Operating and Raider Marketing as described on pages 35-36 of the Disclosure Statement.
Divisional Merger means the divisional merger of PSG effectuated pursuant to the Divisional Merger Agreement.
