Distributorship Package definition

Distributorship Package means a package purchased by a Distributor upon entering the Company‟s Distributorship Program, which includes the Products and business tools of the Company.

Related to Distributorship Package

  • Distributor means a person who distributes.

  • The Purchase Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The purchase order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Distributors means the authorized distributors, agents, sub-distributors of Quick Heal, selling Quick Heal range of products, including sales through Internet.

  • Seller Products means all products sold, offered for sale, licensed, under development, distributed or otherwise provided by or for Seller or any of its Subsidiaries to any Third Party in the conduct of the Sale Business as currently conducted, including but not limited to such products listed on Schedule 1.1(b).
