Disqualifying Status definition

Disqualifying Status means anything specifically defined in this Chapter as requiring the denial or suspension of a Certificate, and any of the following:

Examples of Disqualifying Status in a sentence

  • The Applicant has previously been denied a Certificate by the City, or has had a Certificate revoked for grounds that still constitute a Disqualifying Status under this chapter.

  • The criteria for Disqualifying Status, denial, or suspension of a Certificate under the provisions of this Chapter.

  • The Applicant has not previously been denied a Certificate by the City, or had a Certificate revoked for grounds that still constitute a Disqualifying Status under this Chapter.

  • Applicant’s submission of the required fee; (iii)Applicant establishes Proof of Identity; (iv) the Applicant’s representations on the Application Form do not affirmatively show a Disqualifying Status; (v) the BCI does not affirmatively show a Disqualifying Status; and (vi) the Applicant has not previously been denied a Certificate by the City, or had a Certificate revoked for grounds that still constitute a Disqualifying Status under this Chapter.

  • Any annual Certificate that is not suspended, revoked, or expired may be renewed upon the request of the Registered Solicitor and the submission of a new Completed Application and payment of the Fee, unless any of the conditions for the denial, suspension or revocation of a Certificate are present as set forth in section 9-814, or a Disqualifying Status is present.

  • ENCLOSE a completed False Certification (Disqualifying Status) discharge application.

  • Since the submission of the Application or granting of a Certificate, the City has received a Substantiated Report regarding the past or present conduct of the Solicitor;e The City or other governmental entity has either criminally convicted or obtained a civil injunction against the Applicant for violating this Chapter or similar Federal, State, or municipal laws in a manner rising to the level of a Disqualifying Status; orf.

  • Qualifying Event means, during the Participant’s Services with the Company and its Affiliates, the Participant’s death or Disability.

  • MREL Disqualification Event means that, at any time, all or part of the outstanding nominal amount of Securities is or will be excluded fully or partially from the eligible liabilities available to meet the MREL Requirements provided that: (a) the exclusion of a Series of such Securities from the MREL Requirements due to the remaining maturity of such Securities being less than any period prescribed thereunder, does not constitute a MREL Disqualification Event; (b) the exclusion of all or some of a Series of Securities due to there being insufficient headroom for such Securities within a prescribed exception to the otherwise applicable general requirements for eligible liabilities does not constitute a MREL Disqualification Event; and (c) the exclusion of all or some of a Series of Securities as a result of such Securities being purchased by or on behalf of the Issuer or as a result of a purchase which is funded directly or indirectly by the Issuer, does not constitute a MREL Disqualification Event.

  • Capital Disqualification Event has the meaning specified in Section 1.1 of the Indenture.

  • Active status means (i) for employees, the absence of any interruption or termination of service as an employee, (ii) for Directors, that the Director has not been removed from the Board for cause (as determined by the Company’s shareholders), and (iii) for Consultants, the absence of any interruption, expiration, or termination of such person’s consulting or advisory relationship with the Company or any Subsidiary or the occurrence of any termination event as set forth in such person’s Award Agreement. Active Status shall not be considered interrupted (A) for an employee in the case of sick leave, maternity leave, infant care leave, medical emergency leave, military leave, or any other leave of absence properly taken in accordance with the policies of the Company or any applicable Subsidiary as may be in effect from time to time, and (B) for a Consultant, in the case of any temporary interruption in such person’s availability to provide services to the Company or any Subsidiary which has been granted in writing by an authorized officer of the Company. Whenever a mandatory severance period applies under applicable law with respect to a termination of service as an employee, Active Status shall be considered terminated upon such Employee’s receipt of notice of termination in whatever form prescribed by applicable law.

  • Disqualified Capital Stock means that portion of any Capital Stock which, by its terms (or by the terms of any security into which it is convertible or for which it is exchangeable at the option of the holder thereof), or upon the happening of any event, matures or is mandatorily redeemable, pursuant to a sinking fund obligation or otherwise, or is redeemable at the sole option of the holder thereof, in any case, on or prior to the 91st day after the final maturity date of the Notes.

  • Inactive status means the status of a practitioner licensed or registered pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 153 who is not currently engaged in the practice of dentistry, dental hygiene, or dental assisting in the state of Iowa and who has paid the required renewal fee but who has not met the requirements for continuing education.
