Director Designee definition

Director Designee means a person designated by the director to carry out duties and responsibilities required of the director and/or the department.
Director Designee means a Person designated for election to the Board for whom the Stockholders’ Committee is required to vote pursuant to Section 5.1(a).
Director Designee means a person serving on the Board as a director or alternate director who was designated for election by a Shareholder pursuant to Section 2.2(a).
