DIRECTED ARRAY(TM) PROGRAM means a Directed Array(TM) Program conducted by ArQule as set forth in Section 3.3, with each Directed Array(TM) Program consisting of multiple Arrays derived from one (1) Monsanto Compound, or one (1) Monsanto Derivative Compound, or one (1) ArQule Compound, or one (1) ArQule Derivative Compound.
