Difficult Day definition

Difficult Day means a Day declared by the Transporter where there is insufficient flexibility available on the Transportation System or any localised part thereof to accommodate Shippers’ within-day profiles at LDM Offtake(s), other than those profiles which specify a uniform offtake rate.
Difficult Day means a day declared by the Utility where there is insufficient flexibility available on the transmission system to accommodate a bulk customer within the day's profile at a bulk customer's off-take, other than the profile which specifies a uniform off-take rate;

Examples of Difficult Day in a sentence

  • The Transporter may declare a Difficult Day and instruct the Shippers affected by the Difficult Day by issuing an initial OFO and each such Shipper shall be required to comply with the OFO in accordance with its terms.

  • The Transporter shall not be liable for any costs incurred by a Shipper arising out of a Difficult Day or a Restricted Capacity Day, howsoever incurred.

  • This Section governs the obligations of Shippers in order that the Transporter may fulfill its responsibilities in case of any Emergency Event, cases requiring operational flow measures or system balance disruption (Difficult Day or Limited Capacity Day).

  • The Transporter shall announce to the relevant Shippers that an Emergency Event, Difficult Day, Limited Capacity Day has occurred or is likely to occur for all or part of the Transmission Network and the measures to be taken.

  • Support: The Service Provider will provide technical support to the State of Vermont via email, phone, or chat, according to the support plan chosen by the State of Vermont.

  • Extremity means hand, elbow, arm below the elbow, foot, knee, and leg below the knee.

  • Dealing Day means every Business Day from Monday to Saturday of every week. Units will be available for dealing (purchase, redemption, transfer, switching etc) on Dealing Days during Cut-off Time. Provided that the Management Company may with the prior written consent of the Trustee and upon giving not less than seven days notice in two widely circulated English or Urdu newspapers in Pakistan declare any particular Business Day(s) not to be a Dealing Day(s).

  • Adult day care means a program for six (6) or more individuals, of social and health-related services provided during the day in a community group setting for the purpose of supporting frail, impaired elderly or other disabled adults who can benefit from care in a group setting outside the home.

  • Extreme Vetting means data mining, threat modeling, predictive risk analysis, or other similar services." Extreme Vetting does not include:

  • Adult day care center means any facility that is either operated for profit or that desires licensure

  • Averaging Date means each date specified as an Averaging Date in the relevant Final Terms or, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the immediately succeeding Scheduled Trading Day unless such day is a Disrupted Day in the opinion of the Calculation Agent.   • Show Day means not more than one local show day observed on an employee's ordinary working day, other than a Saturday or a Sunday, in the city, town or district in which the employee is employed; or such other day which, in the absence of such a local show day, is agreed on by the employee and the employer, therefore making a total of 11 paid public holidays per year.

  • Adult day services means adult day services as defined in section 231D.1.

  • Leakage radiation means radiation emanating from the diagnostic source assembly except for:

  • STIPULATED HOURS OF SERVICE PER DAY means hours of duty per day, normal hours/timings of duty whereof shall be determined by the Company's Engineer for which fixed charge shall be payable.

  • Market Day means a day on which the SGX-ST is open for trading in securities.

  • A week means seven days without regard to the number of hours worked in any day in that week.

  • Scheduled Unavailability Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(c).

  • Leakage technique factors means the technique factors associated with the diagnostic or therapeutic source assembly which are used in measuring leakage radiation. They are defined as follows:

  • Payment Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets are open for business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign exchange currency deposits) in the principal financial centre for the Settlement Currency or if the Settlement Currency is euro, any day on which the Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross settlement Express Transfer (TARGET) System is open;

  • Working Day means any day other than a Saturday or Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales.

  • Inclement Weather means any weather condition that delays the scheduled arrival or departure of a Common Carrier.

  • Additional Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the portion of the Day- ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement that is required in addition to the Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement to ensure adequate resources are procured to meet real-time load and operational needs, as specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Averaging Dates means, in respect of a Share and each Valuation Date, each of the dates specified as such in the applicable Final Terms, if any, or if any such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the next following Scheduled Trading Day, in each case subject to Condition 6(l) as set out below.
