Diagnostic Software definition

Diagnostic Software means software used by Xerox to evaluate or maintain the Equipment.
Diagnostic Software means software embedded in FXA Equipment and used or intended to be used by FXA to maintain or diagnose defects or substandard performance.
Diagnostic Software means software necessary to use Diagnostic Products for a Diagnostic Use other than Instrument Control Software.

  • The Diagnostic Software and method of entry or access to it constitute valuable trade secrets of Xerox.

  • Software used to evaluate or maintain Xerox equipment ("Diagnostic Software") may be embedded in, reside on, or may be loaded onto Xerox equipment.

  • Customer acknowledges that the Diagnostic Software and Service Documentation, and all trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, proprietary rights, or other property rights of Philips associated therewith, are and will remain the exclusive property of Philips.

  • Customer acknowledges that the Diagnostic Software and the Service Documentation included in this Agreement are only for the Philips-manufactured Covered System, not for any Covered System manufactured by third parties.

  • Software used to evaluate or maintain the Equipment ("Diagnostic Software") is included with the Equipment.

  • Xerox does not grant you any right to use Diagnostic Software, and you will not access, use, reproduce, distribute or disclose Diagnostic Software for any purpose (or allow third parties to do so).

  • You shall accept any agreement required to use the Diagnostic Software.

Related to Diagnostic Software

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;
