DHS Assessment Services definition

DHS Assessment Services means Assessment services provided by the Department of Human Services. ‘Direct Registration’ or ‘Directly Register’ means Registration by the Provider of a Participant or XXXX Prospective Participant, who does not have a Referral, in accordance with clause 430 and any Guidelines. 'Direction' has the meaning given in clause 44.
DHS Assessment Services means Assessment services provided by the Department of Human Services.
DHS Assessment Services means the assessment services provided by DHS. ‘Direct Registration’ or ‘Directly Register’ means Registration by You of an Eligible Job Seeker who does not have a Referral, in accordance with clause 3 of RAC1 and any Guidelines. ‘Director’ means any of the following: a person appointed to the position of director or alternate director, and acting in that capacity, of a body corporate within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) regardless of the name given to their position; a person appointed to the position of director or alternate director, and acting in that capacity, of an Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander corporation within the meaning of the Corporations (Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander) Act 2006 (Cth) regardless of the name given to their position; a member of the committee of an organisation incorporated pursuant to Australian state or territory laws relating to the incorporation of associations; a person who would be a Director of the body corporate under paragraph (a) above if the body corporate were a body corporate within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth); a person who acts in the position of a director of a body corporate; a person whose instructions or wishes the directors of a body corporate are accustomed to acting upon, and not simply because of the person’s professional capacity or business relationship with the directors or the body corporate; and a member of the board, committee or group of persons (however described) that is responsible for managing or overseeing the affairs of the body corporate. ‘Disability Support Pension’ has the meaning given to the term ‘disability support pension’ by the Social Security Act 1991 (Cth). ‘Disposal’ or ‘Dispose’ means, in relation to Assets, to sell, license, lease or sublease, or otherwise transfer or give up ownership or the right to occupy or use, or to enter an agreement to do any of the preceding acts. ‘Documentary Evidence’ means Your Records, as specified in this Agreement, including in any Guidelines, which evidence that Services were conducted by You in relation to each payment of Monies made under this Agreement, or which otherwise supports Our payment of those Monies. ‘DSP Recipient (Compulsory)’ means an Eligible Job Seeker who is in receipt of Disability Support Pension, is under the age of 35, and has compulsory requirements. ‘Early Payment’ means an RYLDC Payment which may be claimed in accordance with clause 24 of RAC2.

Examples of DHS Assessment Services in a sentence

  • If the Provider disputes a Current Assessment, the Provider must contact DHS Assessment Services or the relevant Ongoing Support Assessor who conducted the Participant's Current Assessment, in accordance with any Guidelines, to discuss the reasons why the Current Assessment is not appropriate.

  • If during a Participant’s (excluding a Work Assist Participant's) Period of Service: the Participant’s individual circumstances change; or the Participant discloses information, such that the Program Services recommended in the Participant’s Current Assessment are no longer appropriate, the Provider must arrange for a Change of Circumstances Reassessment for the Participant to be conducted by DHS Assessment Services.

  • Support Assessor agrees that the Participant's previous Current Assessment is inappropriate, DHS Assessment Services or the Ongoing Support Assessor will take appropriate action in relation to the Participant and, unless DHS Assessment Services or the Ongoing Support Assessor Exits the Participant or provides a new Current Assessment of the Participant under which the Provider must provide Program Services to the Participant, the Provider must perform a Provider Exit of the Participant.

  • Where DHS Assessment Services or the Ongoing Support Assessor does not agree that the Participant's Current Assessment is inappropriate, the Provider must provide Programme Services to the Participant in accordance with that Current Assessment (but subject to clauses 102 [Change of Circumstances Reassessment during Period of Service] and 110 [Change of Circumstances Reassessment during Ongoing Support].

  • Accept that Mr Bond’s conduct seriously prejudices the interests of MrsBond in the joint estate and mention 3 (three) statutory remedies MrsBond may use against Mr Bond in such an instance.

  • Where DHS Assessment Services or the Ongoing Support Assessor does not agree that the Participant's Current Assessment is inappropriate, the Provider must provide Program Services to the Participant in accordance with that Current Assessment (but subject to clauses 116 [Change of Circumstances Reassessment during Period of Service] and 125 [Change of Circumstances Reassessment during Ongoing Support].

Related to DHS Assessment Services

  • Inpatient services means services provided to you as an admitted inpatient in a recognised private or public hospital for treatment that is in an included clinical category, has a Medicare item number allocated and a Medicare benefit is payable.

The outplacement services shall be made available until the earlier of (i) such time as the aggregate cost to the Employer of the outplacement services reaches the maximum amount specified on the first page of the Agreement, and (iii) the date on which the Executive obtains another full-time job. The Employer will not pay the Executive cash in lieu of professional outplacement services.

  • Contract Services means the Services to be supplied by the Supplier to the Customer as set out in the Letter of Appointment;

  • Replacement Services means any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Customer receives in substitution for any of the Services following the Call Off Expiry Date, whether those services are provided by the Customer internally and/or by any third party;

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
