Device IP definition

Device IP shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9.
Device IP means Intellectual Property comprised in Project Technology directed to the structure and arrangement of organic light emitting devices or directed to processes for the manufacture of organic light emitting devices;
Device IP means Third Party intellectual property Covering a delivery device that is necessary or useful to Commercialize the Product. For clarity, Device IP does not include Additional Core IP or Additional Product-Specific IP.
