Deviation Charges definition

Deviation Charges has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(d).
Deviation Charges means the Charges for Deviation as specified by the Commission from time to time;
Deviation Charges means the charges computed as per the rates corresponding to average Frequency of the grid in a 15-minute time block as specified by the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission from time to time;

Examples of Deviation Charges in a sentence

  • Seller and Buyer acknowledge and agree that if the availability of the Unit(s) changes after such time as the Buyer has scheduled the Unit’s(s’) operation with the CAISO for any particular period of time, Buyer may be unable to alter Buyer’s Schedule in sufficient time to avoid Deviation Charges, in which event, Seller shall be responsible for such Deviation Charges.

  • If the net amount of Deviation Charges is positive for the month, Seller shall owe Buyer the positive amount; and if the net amount of such charges is negative for the month, Buyer shall pay that amount to Seller.

  • The Period Deviation Charges in this Schedule would resume during the first 15-minute period following the zero CE crossing.

  • Seller and Buyer acknowledge and agree that if Seller notifies Buyer of updated availability of the Unit(s) after such time as Buyer has bid or scheduled the Units with the CAISO for any particular period of time, Buyer will take action to notify the CAISO of the Unit(s’) updated availability, which action does not eliminate Seller’s responsibility of Deviation Charges for such period of time.

  • Guests wishing to make a change to their confirmed air schedule at any time prior to departure will incur such fees and charges as the airline supplier may impose ("Deviation Charges") as well as a non-refundable administrative fee per guest of £50, €100 or US$100 (according to the currency in which the Silversea Air Programme was booked).

  • Invoicing and payment for Other Deviation Charges shall be done pursuant to Article Eleven on a monthly basis.

  • An example of the calculation of Deviation Charges is provided in Appendix XX.

  • Seller and Buyer acknowledge and agree that if Seller Notifies Buyer of updated availability of the Unit(s) after such time as Buyer has bid or scheduled the Units with the CAISO for any particular period of time, Buyer will take action to notify the CAISO of the Unit(s’) updated availability, which action does not eliminate Seller’s responsibility of Deviation Charges for such period of time.

  • Seller and Buyer agree that if Seller Notifies Buyer of updated availability of the Project after such time as Buyer has bid or scheduled the Project with the CAISO for any period of time, Buyer will notify the CAISO of the Project’s updated availability, which notification does not eliminate Seller’s responsibility for Deviation Charges for such period of time.

  • The Period Deviation Charges in this Schedule shall resume during the first 15-minute period following the termination of directed Emergency action.

Related to Deviation Charges

  • collection charges means the charges which the Municipality is entitled to recover in terms of section 75A(1) of the Systems Act, and includes the administrative cost –

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.
