Development Seat definition

Development Seat means an individual developer's workstation (whether a desktop, laptop and/or other computer) used to perform Neutrino RTOS development with the Momentics Tools.
Development Seat means one personal computer or other device on which Licensee plans to install and use one copy of the Licensed Materials; said PC or other device hosted at a geographic location of Licensee’s principle place of business.

  • You have an "Evaluation License" if you activate your Development Seat with an Evaluation License Key obtained from QSS after confirming your qualifications during registration.

  • These End User licensees may use the Standalone Orbix Development Seat Licenses for any application development purposes, and not solely for the development of BroadVision applications, BroadVision End Users must license Orbix Runtime Components developed using a Standalone Orbix Development Seat License directly from IONA.

  • You have a "Non-Commercial Developer License" if you activate your Development Seat with a perpetual Non-Commercial Developer License Key obtained from QSS after confirming your qualifications during registration.

  • If a developer's Development Seat (and Development License Certificates(s)) is re-deployed pursuant to this Section 5.1 (Deployment of Software), then thereafter the re-deployed Development Seat (and Development License Certificate(s)) or any other Development Seat (and Development License Certificate(s)) you have licensed (or purchased) may not be re-deployed to the formerly-licensed developer for a period of six (6) months.

  • You have an "Evaluation License" if you activate your Development Seat with a ninety (90) day Evaluation License Key obtained from QSS after confirming your qualifications during registration.


More Definitions of Development Seat

Development Seat means a named user's workstation ("workstation" means the named user’s (i) desktop, (ii) laptop and (iii) one other computer) used only by that individual developer to perform software development for Partner Products using the QNX Tools. Named users are identified by the email address they provide as part of the Software installation process.

Related to Development Seat

  • Development Services “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Development Tool Kit means a DS Offering specifically designed for application or content development. A Development Tool Kit is either identified (i) with “CAA” or “ENOVIA Studio” in the DS Offering name, or (ii) in the Transaction Document and/or the Product Portfolio. Extended Enterprise User means an employee of Customer’s affiliate(s), supplier(s) and/or customer(s) authorized to use Customer’s DS Offering for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling the Extended Enterprise User(s) to conduct business with Customer. The use of the DS Offering by any such Extended Enterprise User(s) 1) shall be solely limited to use (a) as configured and deployed by Customer and (b) in connection with the Extended Enterprise User’s performance of services for and on behalf of Customer, and 2) shall exclude any use by Extended Enterprise User (a) for its own account or a third party’s account, or (b) for the purpose of modifying, otherwise using, maintaining or hosting the DS Offering. Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.

  • Collaboration Activities means the activities set out in this Agreement
