The Early Development Term (i.e. the overall term for all Early Development Programs under the Agreement) will commence at the start of the first Early Development Program under the Agreement and will terminate upon the termination of the last to terminate Early Development Program Term (the “Early Development Term”), unless earlier terminated in accordance with the other provisions of this Agreement.
In such case, subject to the oversight of the JSC and except as may be mutually agreed by the Parties, Regulus shall be solely responsible for conducting all Development activities set forth in the Early Development Plan with respect to Collaboration Compounds under each Early Development Program, and for all costs and expenses associated therewith, during the Early Development Program Term.

The Development Management Committee shall meet not less than once each calendar quarter during each Development Program Term, on such dates and at such times as agreed to by ABX and AZ.
