Development Election definition

Development Election means the decision by Merck to select a Development Candidate for formal development as a Product Candidate, pursuant to Section 3.6.
Development Election shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1 hereof.

Examples of Development Election in a sentence

  • The Company shall, as promptly as practicable, give the Holders written notice of any such Material Development Election.

Development Election means the election by Quest Diagnostics to develop a proposed Clinical Laboratory Test pursuant to a Plan submitted by Ciphergen as provided in Section 4.3 hereof.

Related to Development Election

  • Payment Election means an election pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Subsequent Election means a written election on a form provided by the Administrator, filed with the Administrator in accordance with Article 3, pursuant to which a Participant or Beneficiary may elect to defer the time of payment of amounts previously deferred in accordance with the terms of a previously made Initial Election or Subsequent Election.

  • Investment Election means the Participant’s election to have deferred amounts credited with hypothetical earnings credits (or losses) that track the investment performance of the Investment Options and/or Common Stock in accordance with Article V.

  • Class Year Study means a Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S).

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
