Developer User definition

Developer User is defined as an individual authorized by you to use the programs which are installed on a single server or multiple servers, regardless of whether the individual is actively using the programs at any given time. Developer Users may create, modify, view and interact with the programs and documentation.

Examples of Developer User in a sentence

  • This Agreement is for the sole benefit of the Parties hereto and their respective permitted successors and permitted assigns, and nothing herein, express or implied, is intended to or will confer on any other person (including, without limitation, any App Developer User) any legal or equitable right, benefit, or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of this Agreement.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.
