Designated Spread definition

Designated Spread means 0.50% in the case of each Note unless the Confirmation of Acceptance with respect to the Notes of the applicable Series specifies a different Designated Spread in which case it shall mean, with respect to each Note of such Series, the Designated Spread so specified.
Designated Spread means (i) 0% with respect to the Series A Notes, (ii) 0.50% with respect to the Series B Notes and Series C Notes and (iii) unless otherwise specified in the Confirmation of Acceptance with respect thereto, 0.50% for any other Series of Notes.
