Series C Note definition
Series C Note and "SERIES C NOTES" as used herein shall include each Series C Note delivered pursuant to any provision of this Agreement and each Series C Note delivered in substitution or exchange for any other Series C Note pursuant to any such provision.
Series C Note shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.01.
Series C Note shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(u).
Examples of Series C Note in a sentence
The Series C Notes shall be substantially in the form set out in Exhibit 1.1. The terms “Series C Note” and “Series C Notes” as used herein shall include each Series C Note delivered pursuant to any provision of this Agreement and each Series C Note delivered in substitution or exchange for any such Series C Note pursuant to any such provision.
More Definitions of Series C Note
Series C Note means any Note, in substantially the form of Exhibit A-3 hereto, issued as part of a Series of Notes that is designated as “Series C”, which may be further differentiated by a numeric designation consisting of the year in which such Series is issued and consecutive numbers in chronological order of issuance to differentiate the Notes of each such Series of Series C Notes from the Notes of any other Series of Series C Notes, provided that two or more Series of Series C Notes issued at the same time may be given additional alphanumeric designations to differentiate such Series among themselves.
Series C Note means the promissory note given by the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.1 of this Loan Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.
Series C Note is defined in Section 1.2(c).
Series C Note means each 7.93% Senior Note, Series C, due February 1, 2018 issued under and pursuant to this Agreement, including any Note issued in substitution therefor or replacement thereof pursuant to Section 9.1, Section 9.2, or Section 9.3.
Series C Note means that certain Promissory Note designated ------------- as a Series C Note of even date herewith made by the Borrower to the order of the Lender, as the same may be amended, renewed, supplemented or modified from time to time.
Series C Note means any one of such promissory notes issued hereunder.
Series C Note and “Series C Notes”, as used herein shall include each Series C Note delivered pursuant to any provision of this Agreement and each Series C Note delivered in substitution or exchange for any such Series C Note pursuant to any such provision. The terms “Shelf Note” and “Shelf Notes” as used herein shall include each Fixed Rate Shelf Note and Floating Rate Shelf Note delivered pursuant to any provision of this Agreement and each Shelf Note delivered in substitution or exchange for any such Shelf Note pursuant to any such provision. The terms “Note” and “Notes” as used herein shall include each Series C Note, Fixed Rate Shelf Note and Floating Rate Shelf Note delivered pursuant to any provision of this Agreement and each Note delivered in substitution or exchange for any such Note pursuant to any such provision. Notes which have (i) the same final maturity, (ii) the same principal prepayment dates, (iii) the same principal prepayment amounts (as a percentage of the original principal amount of each Note), (iv) the same interest rate, (v) the same interest payment periods and (vi) the same date of issuance (which, in the case of a Note issued in exchange for another Note, shall be deemed for these purposes the date on which such Note’s ultimate predecessor Note was issued), are herein called a “Series” of Notes.
