Designated EMC System definition

Designated EMC System. The storage system owned by Customer at the Designated Site identified by the serial number set forth on the storage system cabinet.
Designated EMC System means the Equipment that consists of a storage device, identified by serial number on its cabinetry or packing slip, on which the Core Software operates. 1.4 “Distributed Software” shall mean that programming and the related standard documentation therefor, that EMC makes generally available subject to a “break-the- seal,” hard-copy license agreement or a license which requires an indication of acceptance by electronic means. 1.5 “EMC Service Area” shall mean a location that is within a one hundred and fifty (150) kilometre radius of an EMC service
Designated EMC System means the Equipment that consists of a storage device, identified by serial number on its cabinetry or packing slip, on which the Core Software and/or Enhanced Feature Software operates.

Examples of Designated EMC System in a sentence

  • Each Designated EMC System purchased under this Agreement shall include a fully paid up license to use the associated Core Software.

  • EMC grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely in conjunction with the Designated EMC System or Host CPU, as applicable, for which the Software was licensed.

  • Upon such contact, EMC has the ability to call back to the Designated EMC System to gather additional diagnostic data, conduct further tests and remotely perform certain repairs and/or adjustments (collectively called the “Connect Home Feature”).

  • If no Equipment is furnished by EMC hereunder, EMC grants to SUPPLIER a non-exclusive, non-transferable license (without the right to sublicense) to use the Software furnished under this Exhibit L, solely in conjunction with a Designated EMC System, and only for SUPPLIER's own internal purposes.

Related to Designated EMC System

  • Designated System means an electric generation unit that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source that is selected by the IPA through the ABP and approved by the ICC for inclusion in this Agreement as of the Trade Date of a Product Order. All Designated Systems under this Agreement shall either be a Distributed Renewable Energy Generation Device or a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project.

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.

  • Small municipal separate storm sewer system or "small MS4" means all separate storm sewers that are (i) owned or operated by the United States, a state, city, town, borough, county, parish, district, association, or other public body (created by or pursuant to state law) having jurisdiction over disposal of sewage, industrial wastes, stormwater, or other wastes, including special districts under state law such as a sewer district, flood control district or drainage district, or similar entity, or an Indian tribe or an authorized Indian tribal organization, or a designated and approved management agency under § 208 of the CWA that discharges to surface waters and (ii) not defined as "large" or "medium" municipal separate storm sewer systems or designated under 4VAC50-60-380 A 1. This term includes systems similar to separate storm sewer systems in municipalities, such as systems at military bases, large hospital or prison complexes, and highway and other thoroughfares. The term does not include separate storm sewers in very discrete areas, such as individual buildings.

  • Customized employment means an approach to supported employment which individualizes the employment relationship between employees and employers in ways that meet the needs of both. Customized employment is based on an individualized determination of the strengths, needs, and interests of the person with a disability and is also designed to meet the specific needs of the employer. Customized employment may include employment developed through job carving, self-employment or entrepreneurial initiatives, or other job development or restructuring strategies that result in job responsibilities being customized and individually negotiated to fit the needs of the individual with a disability. Customized employment assumes the provision of reasonable accommodations and supports necessary for the individual to perform the functions of a job that is individually negotiated and developed.

  • Authorized Employee means an employee of Processor who has a need to know or otherwise access Personal Data to enable Processor to perform their obligations under this Addendum or the Agreement.

  • Stationary beam radiation therapy means radiation therapy without displacement of one or more mechanical axes relative to the patient during irradiation.

  • Designated caregiver has the meaning as set out in the Code.   • Participating Durable Medical Equipment Provider means a Durable Medical Equipment Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
