variable means a quantitative or qualitative representation of a property characteristic used in a valuation model
Variable Interest Rate means any interest rate that does not qualify as a fixed credit interest rate;
Capitation rate means the fee the department pays monthly to a participating health or dental plan for each enrollee for the provision of covered medical or dental services whether or not the enrollee received services during the month for which the fee is intended.

Asset Balance means, for any Payment Date, the Pool Balance as of the beginning of the current Collection Period.
Vapor balance system means a combination of pipes or hoses which create a closed system between the vapor spaces of an unloading tank and a receiving tank such that vapors displaced from the receiving tank are transferred to the tank being unloaded.
Capitation means the reimbursement arrangement in which a fixed rate of payment per Enrollee per month is made to the Contractor for the performance of all of the Contractor’s duties and obligations pursuant to this Contract.
Income interest means the right of an income beneficiary to receive all or part of net income, whether the terms of the trust require it to be distributed or authorize it to be distributed in the trustee's discretion.
Net Receivables Balance means, at any time, the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Receivables that are Eligible Receivables at such time reduced by (i) the aggregate amount by which the Outstanding Balance of all Receivables that are Eligible Receivables of each Obligor and its Affiliates exceeds the Concentration Limit for such Obligor and (ii) the aggregate Contractual Dilution Reserves for all Eligible Receivables of all Obligors.
Fund balance is the value of the Accumulation Fund, determined pursuant to Section 1.4.
Planned Balance With respect to any group of Planned Principal Classes or Components in the aggregate and any Distribution Date appearing in Schedule V hereto, the Aggregate Planned Balance for such group and Distribution Date. With respect to any other Planned Principal Class or Component and any Distribution Date appearing in Schedule V hereto, the applicable amount appearing opposite such Distribution Date for such Class or Component.
Fixed Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.10(c).
Class Balance With respect to any Class of Certificates, at any time, the aggregate of the Certificate Balances of all Outstanding Certificates of such Class.
Scheduled Balance Not applicable.
Class C Note Initial Principal Balance means $18,948,000.
Projected Annual Benefit means the annual retirement benefit (adjusted to an actuarial equivalent straight life annuity if such benefit is expressed in a form other than a straight life annuity or Qualified Joint and Survivor Annuity) to which the Participant would be entitled under the terms of the Plan assuming:
Class Principal Balance With respect to any Class and as to any date of determination, the aggregate of the Certificate Balances of all Certificates of such Class as of such date.
Planning Period Balance means the entire period of time remaining in the Planning Period following the month that a monthly auction is conducted.
Class A Note Initial Principal Balance means $750,000,000.
Rate Card means a document containing prices and descriptions for various advertisement placement options available from a service sector, which sets out the minimum and maximum price of a service.
Amortization rate means the amortization rate, as defined in Section 49-11-102, to be applied to the system that would have covered the retiree if the retiree's reemployed position were deemed to be an eligible, full-time position within that system.
Portfolio Value means the aggregate amount of portfolio of investments including cash balance without netting off of leverage undertaken by the CDMDF.
