Deposit Obligation definition

Deposit Obligation means the obligation of the Seller to make any deposit ------------------ to the Excess Funding Account or the Collection Account pursuant to Section ------- 2.4(d) of the Transfer and Servicing Agreement or Section 8.4(g) of the ------ -------------- Indenture.

  • L/C Reimbursement Obligation means, for any Letter of Credit, the obligation of the Borrower to the L/C Issuer thereof, as and when matured, to pay all amounts drawn under such Letter of Credit.

  • Cash Collateral Account Agreement With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the cash collateral account agreement, if any, between the originator of such Mortgage Loan and the related Mortgagor, pursuant to which the related Cash Collateral Account, if any, may have been established.
