Dental technician (advanced) means a person registered or licensed under the law of a state or territory as a dental technician (advanced).

In determining whether medical equipment has a value in excess of the capital expenditure minimum, the value of studies, surveys, designs, plans, working drawings, specifications, and other activities essential to the acquisition of such equipment shall be included.

  • Clinician means a State licensed physician, except if the

  • COBRA Continuation Coverage means the health care benefit continuation coverage mandated by the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act and similar provisions of state law.
