Delivery Timeframe definition

Delivery Timeframe means the timeframe for delivery of the Goods set out in the relevant Supply Schedule. Discloser means the party disclosing Confidential Information. Dispute includes any dispute, controversy, difference or claim arising out of or in connection with this Customer Contract, including any question concerning its formation, validity, interpretation, performance, breach and termination.
Delivery Timeframe means the period of time within which Ironware must be delivered by Ironside to the Delivery Site.
