Deconversion Services definition

Deconversion Services means a Deconversion and any and all other measures taken and conduct engaged in by BNYM associated with any transfer or movement of files, records, materials or information or a conversion thereof, including but not limited to the transfer, movement or duplication of any files, records, materials or information and any conversion of such from the formats and specifications of the BNYM System to the formats and specifications of a successor service provider or as otherwise specified by the Funds. BNYM’s obligation to perform any Deconversion Services is expressly conditioned on the prior performance by the Funds, to BNYM’s reasonable satisfaction, of their obligations under Section 3(a)(12)(C)(ii).
Deconversion Services means the Computershare services described by Sections 4.2 through 4.7, as may be amended from time to time.
Deconversion Services means any measures taken and conduct engaged in by BNYM associated with any transfer or movement of files, records, materials or information or a conversion thereof, including but not limited to the transfer, movement or duplication of any files, records, materials or information and any conversion of such from the formats and specifications of BNYM to the formats and specifications of a successor service provider or as otherwise specified by the Funds. Examples of Deconversion Services in a sentence

  • BNYM shall not be obligated to perform Trailing Services or Deconversion Services in connection with a termination occurring pursuant to Section 13(f) or a termination pursuant to Section 13(c) due to a failure to pay Fees or Reimbursable Expenses.

  • BNYM’s obligation to perform any Deconversion Services is expressly conditioned on the prior performance by the Fund, to BNYM’s reasonable satisfaction, of their obligations under Section 3(a)(12)(C)(ii).
