Dealer's Reallowance Concession definition

Dealer's Reallowance Concession means the compensation allowed Dealers by Underwriters other than you and shall be one-half (1/2) of the Dealer's Concession.

  • Selling Commission means three percent (3%) of the gross proceeds of Shares sold pursuant to this Agreement, or as otherwise agreed between the Company and the Agent with respect to any Shares sold pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Gross Sales Proceeds with respect to each sale of Shares shall be the Gross Sales Price multiplied by the number of Shares sold;

  • Gross estate means the gross estate, for federal estate tax purposes.

Any Forward Hedge Selling Period then in effect shall immediately terminate upon the termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 9 or Section 13 hereof and as set forth in Sections 2(b) and 4 hereof.
