Deactivation Fee definition

Deactivation Fee means the fee collected from a participant for removing, deactivating, and logging the removal of a transdermal alcohol testing device. This fee is collected by the participating agency and used to defray administrative costs of the local testing entity.
Deactivation Fee means the fee payable by merchant upon the termination of a Merchant Account or this Agreement without giving the required notice, which fee was previously referred to on the Fee Schedule as an “early termination fee”;
Deactivation Fee means a one-time fee charged upon the cancellation of a Line to cover administrative costs related to the deactivation, unless otherwise set out in the Agreement.

  • Initiation fee means a fee charged by us to you in order to create a credit facility for you;

You agree that Owner’s damages from your failure to sign the Lease Contract or attempted withdrawal of your Application are difficult to ascertain, and the Administration Fee is a reasonable estimate of those damages.  Common Areas: “Common Areas” are those areas located within the Unit that are not exclusively leased to other persons residing in the Unit.

  • Upfront Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 hereof.
