DD Documents definition

DD Documents means the design development documents, i.e., such plans, elevations, and such other drawings, calculations, and outline specifications that, in TFC’s sole opinion, are of such quality and detail that enable TFC to fix and illustrate the size and character of the entire Project in its essentials as to kinds of materials and assembly details and type of structure and to coordinate the interface of all architectural and structural elements with all building systems.
DD Documents means the design development documents, i.e., such plans, elevations, and such other drawings, calculations, and outline specifications that, in TFC’s sole opinion, are of such quality and detail that enable TFC to fix and illustrate the size and character of the entire Project in its essentials as to kinds of materials and assembly details and type of structure and to coordinate the interface of all architectural and structural elements with all building systems. Deliverables means any and all Drawings, Specifications, photos, designs, studies, sketches, computer programs, reports, and other Professional Services, which are specified to be delivered by A/E pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
DD Documents. CMR Comments means any comments, revisions, clarifications, and the like from CMR to the proposed DD Documents.

Examples of DD Documents in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Lessor, in connection with its review of the Bridge DD Documents, desires to make any changes from what was previously approved by Lessor in the approved Bridge Schematic Drawings, then any direct incremental cost increases (including the costs of revising the Bridge DD Documents) associated with such relocation shall be borne by Lessor.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Lessor, in connection with its review of the Bridge Construction Drawings, desires to make any changes from what was previously approved by Lessor in the approved Bridge DD Documents, then any direct incremental cost increases (including the costs of revising the Bridge Construction Drawings) associated with such relocation shall be borne by Lessor.

  • Any disapproval shall be in writing and shall specify the specific reasons for the denial and the changes to the Bridge DD Documents that would render them acceptable, at which time Lessor and Lessee shall promptly meet and confer in good faith to resolve such issues.

  • If Lessor fails to respond to such second notice within fifteen (15) days, Lessor shall be deemed to have approved such Bridge DD Documents.

  • Within thirty (30) days of receiving the Bridge Construction Drawings, Lessor shall determine whether to approve (a) the Interconnection Point and (b) any Other Physical Connection Points, in each case only to the extent that the Bridge Construction Drawings disclose new information not previously shown on the Bridge DD Documents, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

  • Within thirty (30) days of receiving the Bridge DD Documents, Lessor shall determine whether to approve (a) the Interconnection Point and (b) any Other Physical Connection Points, in each case only to the extent that the Bridge DD Documents disclose new information not previously shown on the Bridge Schematic Drawings, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

  • If Lessor fails to respond to the above request for approval within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Bridge DD Documents, then Lessee may send Lessor a second notice requesting Lessor’s approval of the Bridge DD Documents, which notice shall be in accordance with the Deemed Approval Process set forth in Section 34 hereof.

  • DD Documents means the design development documents, such as, plans, elevations, and such other drawings, calculations, and outline specifications that, in TFC’s sole opinion, are of such quality and detail that enable TFC to fix and illustrate the size and character of the entire Project in its essentials as to kinds of materials and assembly details and type of structure and to coordinate the interface of all architectural and structural elements with all building systems.

  • Approved modifications shall be incorporated into the DD Documents at no cost to TFC.

  • TFC shall provide A/E a copy of, or reasonable access to, the following information and documentation regarding the Project, the substance of which A/E shall incorporate into the DD Documents.


More Definitions of DD Documents

DD Documents means (a) the information, materials and documents, true and complete copies of which have been provided in electronic forms in the set of USB storage devices or CD-ROMs by the Company, the Controlling Shareholders or their respective representatives and advisers to the Offeror or its representatives and advisers on or before 27 August 2020, a list of which is set forth in Schedule 1.1 (DD Documents) of Annex IV of the Controlling Shareholder Irrevocable Undertaking; (b) documents referred to in Schedule 1.1 (Title Deeds) of Annex IV of the Controlling Shareholder Irrevocable Undertaking; and (c) a draft legal red flags report in relation to the Group received by the Offeror on July 5, 2020;
DD Documents. TFC NOA means a written notice of authorization to proceed with preparation of the DD Documents.
DD Documents. TFC Comments means any comments, revisions, clarifications, and the like from TFC to the proposed DD Documents.
DD Documents means design drawings and documents for the Project which are consistent with the definition ofdesign development documents,” as such term has been adopted by the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and which contain sufficient specificity to allow the Contractor to produce an updated and accurate development budget for the Project, which design drawings and documents shall include, without limitation, (i) diagrammatic layouts of building systems required to describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and (ii) outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish in general their quality levels, including any applicable warranties. DD Comments has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.2.1 of this Agreement. Due Diligence Materials has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4 of this Agreement.

Related to DD Documents

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Bid Documents means all the documents issued by the Chief Procurement Officer, or referenced by the Chief Procurement Officer as being available on the City's website and incorporated by such reference, in connection with an invitation for bids or proposals. Except for such Bid Documents as are posted on the City's website and incorporated by reference, all Bid Documents must be submitted by a bidder on the Bid Opening Date.

  • Bond Documents means the Bonds, the Indenture, the Loan Agreement, the Remarketing Agreement, the Remarketing Circular, and all amendments and supplements thereto.

  • Related Documents mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.

  • Buyer Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
