DCL Collateral definition

DCL Collateral means the Blocked Accounts, the cash and securities deposited in the Blocked Accounts and all cash, securities and other property from time to time credited thereto and all proceeds thereof.

  • It has not authorized the filing of and is not aware of any financing statements against it that include a description of such DCL Collateral.

  • DCL shall take reasonable actions deemed necessary or desirable by any FSA Party or that are required by applicable law to continue the FSA Parties’ first priority perfected security interest in the DCL Collateral.
