DCC Employee definition

DCC Employee means any employees of DCC who are assigned to services provided in connection with the library in xxxx as defined in clause 4.1 of this Agreement;
DCC Employee means an Employee who was hired by DCC before October 1, 2016. If an Employee is re-hired by DCC or a Dow Entity, the Employee’s first hire-date with DCC will be recognized for purposes of determining whether the Employee was hired before October 1, 2016 as follows:

Examples of DCC Employee in a sentence

  • If an Employee’s date of re-hire with any Dow Entity is on or after October 1, 2016, and the Employee’s first hire-date is not recognized under clauses (1) or (2) above, the Employee is not a DCC Employee.

  • Under the terminated DCC Employee Partly Paid Share Scheme, at 31 March 1999 210,000 (1998: 2,725,990) shares remain partly paid.

  • After December 31, 2017, no one will be an eligible surviving Dependent Child of a DCC Employee.

  • School Age Program - A family or family group child care program that elects to care for six(6) or more school age children who are enrolled in a full-day school program, or a center- based child care program that cares for six (6) or more children ages four (4) years and eight(8) months of age or older who are enrolled in a kindergarten program or full-day school program.

  • PROCEDURES: The injured employee mustreport the incident immediately to his/her supervisorcomplete Section 1 of the DCC Employee Injury Report within two (2) working days of the incident, or as soon as practical and forward to his/her supervisorselect a physician from the approved panel of physicians, if medical treatment is necessary.

  • In order to be covered, the surviving Dependent Child(ren) must elect coverage and pay the required premiums within the time periods specified by the Plan Administrator.If the surviving Dependent Child is a Dependent Child of a deceased DCC Employee or a DCC Retiree, Survivor benefits are provided as described in Appendix F, Section F-1.4 Survivor Benefits.

  • Refer to the summary plan description for the applicable active employee plan in which the Employee participated.If you are a Surviving Spouse/Domestic Partner of a DCC Employee, this Section 8.1 does not apply to you.

Related to DCC Employee

  • SpinCo Employee means any individual who, immediately following the Distribution Date, will be employed by Spinco or any member of the Spinco Group in a capacity considered by Spinco to be common law employment, including active employees and employees on vacation and approved leaves of absence (including maternity, paternity, family, sick, short-term or long-term disability leave, qualified military service under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994, and leave under the Family Medical Leave Act and other approved leaves).

  • Public employee means an individual holding a position by appointment or employment in the government of this state, in the government of 1 or more of the political subdivisions of this state, in the public school service, in a public or special district, in the service of an authority, commission, or board, or in any other branch of the public service, subject to the following exceptions:

  • Company Employee means an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Ongoing employee means an employee who has been employed for at least one complete standard measurement period.

  • Business Employee means any Person who is a present or former employee of Seller at any time prior to or on the Closing Date, and who provided or previously provided any services relating to the Business.

  • Qualifying Employee means any employee of Managing Agent or Parent or any of their respective subsidiaries who is and has been an employee of Managing Agent or Parent or any of their respective subsidiaries for at least thirty-six (36) months.

  • School employee means (1) a teacher, substitute teacher, school administrator, school superintendent, guidance counselor, psychologist, social worker, nurse, physician, school paraprofessional or coach employed by a local or regional board of education or working in a public elementary, middle or high school; or (2) any other individual who, in the performance of his or her duties, has regular contact with students and who provides services to or on behalf of students enrolled in a public elementary, middle or high school, pursuant to a contract with the local or regional board of education.

  • U.S. Employee means a person who is an employee of the Company (or of any Subsidiary) for purposes of section 422 of the Code.

  • Transferred Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).

  • Newly hired employee or “New Hire” means any employee, whether permanent, full-time, or part-time, hired by the Office and who is still employed as of the date of new employee orientation. It also includes all employees who are or have been previously employed by the Office and whose current position has placed them in the bargaining unit represented by CSEA. For those latter employees, for purposes of this article only, the “date of hire” is the date upon which the employees’ employment status changed as such that the employee was placed in the CSEA unit.

  • Former Employee means all individuals (including common law employees, independent contractors and individual consultants) who were employed or engaged by the Company in connection with the Business but who are no longer so employed or engaged on the date hereof.

  • Retained Employee does not include any individual who has a direct or an indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) in the profits, equity, capital, or value of the Taxpayer, or a child, grandchild, parent, or spouse, other than a spouse who is legally separated from the individual, of any individual who has direct or indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) of the profits, equity, capital or value of the Company.

  • Service employee, as used in this clause, means any person (other than a person employed in a bona fide executive, administrative, or professional capacity as defined in 29 CFR 541) engaged in performing a District contract not exempted under 41 U.S.C. §356, the principal purpose of which is to furnish services in the United States, as defined in section 22.1001 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. It includes all such persons regardless of the actual or alleged contractual relationship between them and a contractor.

  • existing employee means an employee who elected to participate in the Virginia Sickness and

  • Contract employee means a probationary faculty employee or a grant- funded employee hired on a year-to-year basis in accordance with Education Code 87470.

  • Tipped employee means any employee engaged in an occupation in which s/he customarily and regularly receives more than $30 per month in tips. Tips include amounts designated as a tip by credit card customers on their charge slips. Nothing in this rule prevents an employer from requiring employees to share or allocate such tips or gratuities on a pre-established basis among other employees who customarily and regularly receive tips. Employer-required sharing of tips with employees who do not customarily and regularly receive tips, such as management or food preparers, or deduction of credit card processing fees from tipped employees, shall nullify allowable tip credits towards the minimum wage.

  • Active Employee means a contributing member of the TRS who is employed by a public school and is not entitled to coverage under a plan provided under Insurance Code Chapter 1551 (Texas Em- ployees Group Benefits Act) or 1601 (State University Employees Uniform Insurance Benefits Act).

  • Hired Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.6.

  • Non-Key Employee means any Employee who is not a Key Employee.

  • Inactive Employee means an employee who is not actively at work due to approved leave of absence, short-term disability leave or military leave.

  • New employee means a Full-Time Employee first employed by the Company in the Project and who is hired on or after the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • Continuing Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(a).

  • Parent Employee means, a current employee of Parent or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Current Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.8(a).

  • Term Employee means an employee hired for a specific term of employment. The term of employment may be based on a specific period of time or the completion of a specific job or until the occurrence of a specified event.

  • Designated Employee means an employee who has been designated by the school to receive complaints of hazing, harassment and bullying pursuant to subdivision 16 V.S.A. 570a(a)(7). The designated employees for each school building are identified in Appendix A of this policy.
