VIRTUAL SERVER Sample Clauses
The Virtual Server clause defines the terms and conditions under which virtual server resources are provided and managed within a contractual relationship. Typically, this clause outlines the specifications of the virtual server, such as processing power, storage, and network access, as well as the responsibilities of both the service provider and the client regarding maintenance, security, and usage limits. Its core practical function is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of the virtual server environment being supplied, thereby minimizing disputes and setting expectations for service delivery and performance.
